Day 1: Napa Valley

After driving two hours from the San Fran airport, we finally arrived in Napa. The drive was filled with scenic views of California's finest foliage and mountainous greenery. We had limited time in Napa Valley, as this trip comprises of not only Napa, but also trips to Carmel and Big Sur, so we were sure to maximize our time.

Starting our day at the Kuleto Vineyard, we toured the grounds and enjoyed a sampling of their many wines. The estate was astounding, with incredible views and picturesque grounds.

The views stretched far beyond the eye can see.

The wine tasting setup. How perfect is this for a party?

Next our next stop, Pride Mountain vineyard is known for its superb wine, so much so, it has been enjoyed at The White House on multiple occasions. Split between Napa and Sonoma, this vineyard sits on extensive acres of land.

So much fun! Ending to a great day in Napa. On to our next California journey...
